Ciclovida: Lifecycle stopped at the Flying Brick on April 20 and 21 as part of an East Coast tour to promote their film, which focuses on agricultural sustainability, Brazilian landless peasant movements and efforts to rescue seeds. On Wednesday, Ciclovida tour participants hosted a workshop on pedal and solar powered video projection and sound systems in the Flying Brick backyard. All of their screenings will be powered by energy generated from the sun or from bicycle pedal power! Thursday night folks came out to watch the documentary, which follows Ignacio and Ivania, two Brazilian landless farmers, who bike 6,000 miles through South America to collect seeds from different communities. More information can be found at their Web site.
